yet, people swear by these types of diets, but again only water and not very much fat, is lost. It’s not permanent, not ever. It’s a simple quick fix. You will gain weight back. This is because your metabolism went down while you were doing the extreme diets and now that you went back to the usual, your metabolism has some catching up to do. This is a bad place. This is where your body goes crazy.
Still convinced a free weight loss program can answer your weight loss woes? My humble opinion is for you to spend a few bucks and dive into a meaty program that’s “proven” to work.
If you want a better solution you have to look past 2-4 weeks and see yourself down the road several months. You shouldn’t waste time on these types of free weight loss plans. The ideal diet plan will keep you on point and losing weight continuously. It’s best to get a physical check-up before you begin if you have not ventured to lose a lot of weight in the past. If you have certain biological restrictions, consult with your doctor before trying anything new. If you haven’t exercised recently, make sure to get a physical before you go crazy.
You must also remember that even free weight loss diets will not work if they are not coupled with exercise and lifestyle change. When it comes to dieting, go light and easy, and stay on course.
